WhatsApp Pay
WhatsApp Pay lets customers pay a business inside the WhatsApp chat, so browsing, ordering and paying happen in one conversation. In India it works through order details and a payment provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
For the business, an in-chat payment removes the drop-off of sending customers to a separate checkout. The merchant configures a payment method in WhatsApp Manager.
It pairs naturally with a catalog and order flow.
