ZeniaOne

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of ZeniaOne, operated by ZeniaPex India Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

ZeniaOne provides a shared team inbox, automation and campaign tools for the WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery itself is provided by Meta and governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business terms; you must hold the rights to the WhatsApp numbers you connect.

Eligibility & your account

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ZeniaOne for spam, unlawful content, or messaging people without the consent WhatsApp's policies require. Opt-out requests (such as STOP) must be honoured, and the platform enforces them automatically where it can.

Subscriptions, billing & payments

  • Paid plans are sold as a recurring subscription, billed in advance monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Current prices are on our Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Applicable taxes such as GST are added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. ZeniaPex India Private Limited does not store your full card or bank details.
  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
  • Message-sending charges levied by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform are separate from your ZeniaOne subscription.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available and correct, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for outages caused by third-party providers, including the WhatsApp Business Platform itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse that puts the platform or WhatsApp's policies at risk. You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
