All plans are billed as a recurring subscription. Prices below are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

What you are paying for

Every ZeniaOne subscription is a licence to use the ZeniaOne software for the billing period you select. Depending on your plan it includes a shared WhatsApp team inbox, contact management, broadcast campaigns, message templates, automation workflows, AI-assisted replies, analytics and, on higher plans, API access, integrations and white-label options. Message-sending charges levied by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform are separate and billed as per Meta's conversation pricing.

Billing, currency and taxes

All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
Applicable taxes such as GST are added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your workspace billing settings.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net-banking and other methods supported by the gateway. ZeniaOne does not store your full card or bank credentials. See our Refunds & Cancellations and Terms & Conditions for the full billing terms.
