Privacy Policy

• Account data — your name, email address and workspace membership, used to sign you in and operate your workspace.
• WhatsApp messages — messages sent and received through connected WhatsApp Business numbers are delivered by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and stored in your workspace so your team can read and answer them.
• Contacts — phone numbers, names and attributes of the people who message your WhatsApp numbers or whom you import.
• Billing data — your plan, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway; we receive only a token and the outcome of each transaction, never your full card number.
• Usage and log data — technical logs (IP address, timestamps, errors) needed to run and secure the service.

WhatsApp messages are transmitted by Meta Platforms via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and are subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices. We receive message content and delivery events from Meta through webhooks and store them for your workspace. We do not sell message content or contact data.

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are entered on and handled by the gateway, not by ZeniaOne. We store only the information needed to manage your subscription and invoices, such as your plan, transaction references and payment status.

We use only the cookies and browser storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Workspace data is kept for as long as the workspace exists. Deleting a workspace, or asking us to delete it, removes its conversations, contacts and settings from the live systems. You can also delete individual contacts and conversations from within the product. Billing and invoice records may be retained as required by law.

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access tokens and secrets are stored encrypted at rest, and workspace data is isolated per tenant. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we design the platform so that one workspace can never read another's data.
