An interactive message is a WhatsApp message with tappable options instead of plain text, such as reply buttons, a list menu or a call-to-action button. It makes conversations faster and guides customers to the right choice.
Interactive messages reduce typing and errors, and they help automation route a conversation based on what the customer taps.
They are available on the WhatsApp Business Platform and are widely used in chatbots and menus.
