Message Status
Message status is the delivery state of a WhatsApp message: sent, delivered, read or failed. On WhatsApp these map to one grey tick for sent, two grey ticks for delivered and two blue ticks for read.
The WhatsApp Business Platform reports these statuses through webhooks, so a business can track delivery and reads and act on failures.
Status data helps measure campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues.
