WhatsApp Flows
WhatsApp Flows are structured, form-like experiences inside a WhatsApp chat that let a business collect information or guide a customer through steps, such as booking an appointment or completing a signup, without leaving WhatsApp.
Flows render as screens with inputs, dropdowns and buttons inside the chat, making complex interactions feel native and reducing drop-off.
They are built on the WhatsApp Business Platform and are useful for bookings, lead capture and onboarding.
