WhatsApp Business Platform
The WhatsApp Business Platform is Meta official name for the WhatsApp Business API, the cloud service that lets businesses message customers at scale with automation, integrations and team collaboration.
Meta renamed the WhatsApp Business API to the WhatsApp Business Platform to reflect that it is a full platform, not just an interface. It includes the Cloud API, message templates, WhatsApp Flows, catalog and payments.
Businesses use it through a provider to run support, marketing and commerce on WhatsApp from one place.
