WhatsApp Cloud API
The WhatsApp Cloud API is the version of the WhatsApp Business API hosted by Meta in the cloud, so businesses do not need to run their own servers. It is the standard, recommended way to access the WhatsApp Business Platform today.
The Cloud API replaced the older On-Premises API, which businesses had to host themselves. With the Cloud API, Meta manages the infrastructure, updates and uptime.
Providers such as ZeniaOne build on the Cloud API to give businesses a ready dashboard, automation and a team inbox.
