Session Message
A session message is a free-form WhatsApp message a business sends to a customer inside the 24-hour customer-care window, in reply to the customer. It does not need to be a pre-approved template.
The window opens each time a customer messages your business and lasts 24 hours. Within it, you can reply with any content: text, media, interactive messages and more.
Once the window closes, you must use an approved template to message the customer again.
