Display Name (Verified Name)
The display name, or verified name, is the business name customers see at the top of the chat on WhatsApp. Meta reviews it during onboarding to make sure it accurately represents the business.
The display name must follow Meta naming guidelines, matching the real business and not misleading customers. It is separate from the green verified badge.
A clear, accurate display name helps customers trust and recognise your messages.
