Messaging Limits
Messaging limits are the number of business-initiated conversations a WhatsApp number can start in a rolling 24 hours. Numbers move up tiers (for example 1K, 10K, 100K, unlimited) as they maintain a good quality rating and verify the business.
New numbers start at a lower tier and scale up automatically as they send quality messages and the business is verified.
A red quality rating can pause the ability to raise limits or reduce them.
