Marketing Template
A Marketing template is a WhatsApp message template used for promotions, offers, product news and re-engagement. It is the most flexible category but also the highest-priced, and it can only be sent to contacts who opted in.
Marketing templates need Meta approval and must go only to opted-in contacts. Sending them to people who did not opt in risks blocks and a lower quality rating.
Examples include sale announcements, new-arrival alerts and win-back offers.
